Here is what the binder looked like when I bought it:

This is what it looks like open, there are 50 ~ 3"x5" index cards:

Here I slipped in my cover. I just printed it on a 4x6 piece of photo paper. I used my 365 Blog design.

And, I actually am pretty caught up. I have the first 2 weeks done.

I adhere my photo page to the blank side of the index card, that way I can journal on the other side, where the lines are, when I flip it up.
You can't see it in the photo, but in each corner I have the photo marked as x/365.Sunday, I met Elizabeth/Cutepumkin "in real life"! We had fun shopping at the scrapbook store and chatting. She has 2 little girls that are so cute and funny. They're just adorable, just like their mama! ;)

Well, time to cook dinner for my kiddos.
